We have three divisions which are Industrial Instruments Division, Marine Instruments Division, and Research Center collaborated with Hunan University.

The featured products of Industrial Instruments Division includes wall thickness measurement system for plastic pipes, gravimetric dosing system & blender system for extrusion line, laser speed system for industrial application, X-ray thickness gauge for flat metal mill industry and sheath thickness gauge for cables. Its application fields cover plastic, steel and cable manufacturing industries. All the products are developed by BELLSTAR and our company, and we have the full intellectual property of them. Our manufacturing base is in line with international standards and our product technique has reached the international top level. Now, our products are sold around the world with the trademark “BELLSTAR”. Main customers of this division focus on plastic extrusion factories, metallurgy factories, and wire & cable factories. Currently, our company has established favorable cooperation relationships with large-scale production-oriented enterprises well-known in these fields by providing high-quality services for products and technical transformation or upgrade for them. Besides, we have established a nationwide comprehensive service network to provide our customers with a complete technical consultation & support and after-sales service.

Our Marine Instrument Division based on our strong technical strength and international background has become agents of many world-renowned suppliers of marine equipments. Besides, we have established close cooperation relationships with Chinese Ocean management department, supervision department and research center to offer high quality products and service to Chinese market.

Our Research Center set up with Hunan University is a professional research institution integrated with production, study and research and oriented on international advanced instruments. The Research Center is applying for and undertaking many national, provincial and ministerial research projects. Also, we are active in applying for a number of national, provincial and ministerial science and technology awards. We have a number of papers issued on the national & worldwide top science and technology magazines.

The research center is striving to become an important and large-scale scientific research base of instrument and measurement technology.
